Our medical services are provided by our team volunteers，Dangdian players are volunteers。

On-site first aid service are provided by voluntary medical personnel from Hong Kong Medical First Responder Voluntary Service. All duty members are volunteers.

Application of first aid services at commercial activities will be subject to a reasonable charge，The charge incurred will be used to maintain the daily operation and maintenance of our team’s inventory.

Application for non-profit events or related to public health and safety will only be charged for maximum HK$1500 per event per day for consumables and logistics.

Upon receiving request for on-site first aid servies, Hong Kong Medical First Responders would contact the applicant within one working day. We will evaluate and arrange relevant services according to the information provided by you and call you as soon as possible / WhatsApp the results of the application . If there is any changes ,please contact us as soon as possible in order to facilitate arrangements。

Hong Kong Medical First Responder Volunteer Services will contact the applicant within 1 working days and confirm the acceptance within 7 working days. We will evaluate and arrange the services according to the information provided. We will notify the applicant for the result of the application by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail, or in writing as soon
